Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer shall be valid for the loan(s) applied by the participant(s) (subject to approval/rejection) during the period commencing from 7th September 2024 at 12:00:00 AM till 17th September 2024 at 11:59:59 PM.
2. The Offer can be availed by all the residents of India aged 18 years or above.
3. The Offer can be availed by applying for a loan only through the Capital Now website & Capital Now Android & iOS mobile application.
4. As per the Offer, the interest charged on the total loan amount shall be waived off only up to Rs 1001/- and the said Offer shall only be valid for STPL (short term personal loan). The participant(s) can avail the Offer only by manually entering the promo code – BAPPA1001 at the time of applying loan, prior to the E-agreement and disbursal of the loan amount. The said promo code shall be valid only for STPL products except for 30 days loan period.
5. Illustration 1: Loan amount of Rs.10,000/- will incur interest amounting to Rs. 650/- for 65 day loan tenure. Here the entire interest will be waived-off, in case the promo code is used within the period of Offer.
6. Illustration 2: Loan Amount of Rs. 30,000/- will incur interest amounting to Rs.1,950/- for 65 day loan tenure. Here, only Rs. 1001/- interest will be waived-off, in case the promo code is used within the period of Offer and the participant/user will need to pay the balance interest i.e. Rs. 949/- which shall be split equally in his 2 months installments. (The Offer is voluntary and there is no entry fee.)
7. The use of the promo code will be optional while applying for the loan and its benefits cannot be claimed by the participant(s) after he/she has applied for the loan (subject to approval/rejection) and/or the loan amount has been disbursed without using the promo code.
8. This Offer shall not cause any change in the fee structure (apart from the interest waiver as mentioned in clause 4 above), processing fees, repayments, penalties, underwriting logics and mobile application journey. For the sake of clarity, the Offer is only applicable to the interest charged as illustrated in clause 4 above.
9. It is hereby explicitly explained that a user can avail the benefits of the Promo Code only once over a single loan application. Please be aware of the fact that a promo code cannot be used twice.
10. This Offer is only for new customers who are availing a loan for the first time on Capital Now platforms.
11. By availing this Offer, each participant agrees that they have read and understood the terms and conditions laid down herein, and that they are bound by the same.
12. To avail the Offer, participant(s) must apply for a loan on the Capital Now app during the duration of the Offer.
13. Participant(s) will not have any claim against the Company and/or its affiliates and the participating social media platforms with respect to any matter/dispute related to or arising out of this Offer. All participant(s) expressly waive any and all rights of claim against the Company with regard to the Offer or the terms and conditions hereof. Further, the Company and the participating social media platforms shall not be liable for any losses, damages, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any participant as a result of these terms and conditions, entering into this Offer. Further, participant(s) will hold the Company and the participating platforms harmless from and against any loss, damage, taxes, liabilities suffered by the Company or the participating platforms due to a participant’s participation in this Offer.
14. The Company reserves the right to change, amend and modify the terms and conditions herein, or revoke this Offer, at any time before or during the Offer at its own discretion, without any prior notice of the same to the participant(s).
15. The disputes, if any in relation to the Offer will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
16. The Company’s decision in connection with the Offer will be final and binding and is non-contestable. The Company shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other legitimate reason, that the Company so believes to be true.
