The primary focus is also to educate people about credit and promoting responsible borrowing practices, teach communities the principles of money management and household budgeting in order to help them become more responsible adults.We believe in being a responsible business entity and hence thoroughly adhere to the codes and policies regulated from time to time. As a responsible lender, we assess the suitability and affordability of Personal credit for our customers. Our assessment includes multiple factors such as the risk profile of the individual customer and characteristics of the loan (such as size, maturity and other factors), all of which are critical. At Capital Now we believe in open communication with current and potential customers. Our websites are an integral part of this relationship.

Capital Now takes all efforts to ensure transparency and help users/customers make informed decisions. To ensure a socially responsible lending practice

  • 100% Digital Lending Process. No Paperwork Involved.
  • No hidden fees, we display all fees and charges to the customer upfront.
  • Promoting digitalization, we ensure all transactions between Capital Now-Customer are performed only through Digital-mode which have no involvement of Paper Money i.e. Cash-Cheques.
  • No Registration Fees for Applying loan on Capital Fees. All payments to be transacted in the application only.

We try to set standards for the industry by providing a fully transparent package for our Personal finance product customers, including:

  • A Relationship Manager which defines the relationship between Capital Now and the customer, outlining our promises and responsibilities to each other;
  • Pre-contractual information, often called a borrower’s acknowledgement letter/agreement, explaining every aspect of the specific loan including dates, amounts and any fees.

Capital Now is a platform dealing with the loan transactions between the borrowers and the NBFC. All loan applications are approved and sanctioned by NBFC registered with RBI and intimated upfront during Loan application process.

Our primary partner NBFC - Goldline Finance Private Limited is Systemically Important Non-Deposit taking Companies carrying on the lending process of Capital Now.

We always ensure that we are transparent in dealing with our customers and help the customer make an informed decision. To ascertain this:

  • We work only with RBI registered NBFC’s and the name of the lender is mentioned in the loan agreement.
  • We explicitly mention all applicable charges to the customer at the initial stage and don’t conceal any hidden charges.
  • We mention all the Terms & Conditions before the loan is processed so that the customer is aware of the agreement details.
  • We never mislead or misguide the customer by way of deceptive advertisement.
  • We provide a detailed FAQ section on the app and have a customer support team available in case the customer queries that aren’t addressed.

Lastly, we understand that unexpected circumstances arise in loan repayment by customer. However, the customers need to be treated fairly and need to be given reasonable time and opportunity to repay the loan. We assist the borrowers in case of a hardship without indulging or adopting any unlawful activities to recover the dues:

  • We never indulge in unfair practices or threaten the customer to make payment.
  • We never indulge ourselves in any malpractices in creating fake & fabricated legal demand notices in issuing to customers as if issued by any government bodies nor use logos or seals of statutory bodies such as RBI, CBI, UIDAI, Tax department etc., for recovery. We ensure that all our legal notices are sent on authorized company letter heads.
